Ratings and reviews

This app is awful. I haven't even been able to experience a service yet. The first boarding I tried to book, it connected me with someone that doesn't even do boarding. The app is clunky, unstable & difficult to navigate around in. It's constantly crashing, freezing or going into spin mode. I get an error when deactivating my account. Contacting a human in customer service is nearly impossible. The chat bot can't do anything but it won't give you a human. Highly DO NOT recommend.

I've been trying book the same awesome pet caregiver I used before. its been a week of trying, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and still getting an error that my boarding can't be processed and to check back later. I've tried support through the chat bot. First time, never heard back from the supposed ticket that being opened. Today I opened another one. we shall see. The concept is great, but the app performance needs work.

Notifications aren't in the app, be careful before clearing the pop up! If you want to book one person don't be fooled into thinking the app listens when you say don't send anyone else! And be prepared for a glitch where every payment is declined and sends a past due notice even after changing card type, payment method, etc. And if you send a complaint don't expect them to follow up or even read the complaint ticket before responding - awful service on top of an awful app.
