Misleading User Experience!!!!!! Almost gave me a heart attack when I saw over $100 charge in the list of my expenses, for a date I did not go anywhere! After checking it on the Wex website I found out it was a reimbursement from the hospital to my card, because they overcharged me earlier. Wex site at least has positive/negative signs for marking transactions. On the app it all looks the same, and on the reimbursement transaction there is no information at all when I click on it.

The February 2024 update has resolved some authentication issues. I'm now able to log into the App. The layout is still poor, a majority of items just push out to browser links, and functionality is clunky. One step in the right direction. Previous Review: Can't log on. Biometric login continually fails.

The "reciept organizer" is an absolute pain to use. It doesn't allow you to actually alter the reciept, or for example, delete an image of You uploaded the wrong one. So if you have any kind of special case where you have to attach extra documents to a charge, or if you generally want to be able to add and delete reciepts easily, you are apparently out of luck.
