Ratings and reviews

Installed 2 different times, uninstalled 2 times. App wouldn't let me get past the "enter location" page. Tried to enter city, zip code, etc. but the next button is greyed out, and the only option there is to allow precise location, which, if it was necessary, I wouldn't mind. But it is not. I know where the Lowes are in this city, and I'm tired of all these apps that supposedly "require" permissions that are not necessary and collect data that is not necessary.

Buggy. Lowe's sends you an email. click on the email, it opens the Lowe's app. Never ending loop of circle, it never takes you to the product you clicked on. To never be able to look at it to buy it. Pointless to send out the email. Second problem. Plus every time you go into the store you scan the app. The cash register knows it's you It has your lowes ID/rewards. End of the transaction It still makes you put in your phone number. You shouldn't have to add any info it knows it' you.

My only issue is the selection of products, i.e.; WATCO Lacquer Semi-gloss Clear wood finish, you carry the brand, but not this product! You have a ton of Minwax products with some of the same specs, but the reviews are horrible! I detest having to go to multiple places to get what I should be able to get at one store! My other issue is your curbside pickup, why is it that it NEVER WORKS the way it's supposed to? Every time I have to walk in and tell you I'm here!
