Ratings and reviews

There are a few annoying things that barely keep my rating from being 5 stars. The first is that if you place an order and the location can't fulfill the order for some reason, all you can do is wait until the app refunds you and it still uses your deal for the day. And often times, you can't change your order location at unclear spots in the process. Other than those problems, this app is incredible! The amount of money I have saved is unreal, and the app is mostly reliable.

UPDATE 7/1/24: The coupon-click problem stopped, but I had to turn off the location because even after I select a location, it auto-changes to the NEAREST location, which then messes up my pickup. When that happens, I get to the ordered location late and then my order gets "crossed out" and I can't pickup my order, I don't get it. Also, it STILL sucks that you can't pay with a gift card thru the app (you can only pay by debit/credit card). Due to these issues, I stopped using the app AGAIN 👎👎

I was enjoying this app and earning points, and one day, I went to open my app, and I could not sign in. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and it was still not letting me log in. so I didn't use my app that day but noticed it was ongoing. it kept saying invalid email or wrong password. I didn't have any other accounts, so I assume the app was glitching or crashing and waited for an update to fix it. now I'm able to log in again, but all my hard earned points are gone!
