Definitely don't recommend the app, I spent 30 minutes in the car park trying to place a 'pick up' order. Unfortunately, three of the Mcdonald stores with drive thru in Beckton UK did not accept pick up order. The app only accepted a 'pick up' order in a High Street Branch. Also, try to scan the monopoly vouchers, and it failed to load. Finally, the app should have a search icon. Sometimes, customers dont have time to go through a list to find an item. Waste of time!

Great when it works - but if you have an issue you're stuck. Just placed an order that fell over at the end, the app has taken away over 5000 reward points & I've no idea if my bank's been charged. No way to speak to a human either, just a very frustrating chat bot that cannot help with my issue. When the only way of getting help is to leave a negative review & hope that someone at customer services reads it, it means that there's a major problem with your app.

App seems to be becoming increasingly unreliable. It takes 2 attempts to open it most times, and even then, it regularly doesn't make it past the loading screen. I've tried force stopping, deleting files, etc but the only thing that works is to reinstall it. Can't do that every time it throws a wobbly. Please look at the stability and overall requirements of the app and slim it down a bit. Update 25/08/24: It's now completely refusing to work. Genuinely the most unreliable app I have. 😡
