I recently ordered two items priced at £2.79 each through the app. However, I was charged three times (£2.79 x 3) instead of the correct amount. When I contacted customer service about the erroneous charges, they informed me that they couldn't do anything to rectify the situation.This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I urge anyone using the McDonald's app to be very careful and double-check your charges. The app might overcharge you, and customer service may not be able to assist

I took my rating down from 5 stars to 3 stars, and now I've taken it to 1 star. It's utterly useless now. I kept attempting to pay more than 6 times, it directs me to approve payment, and as soon as I did that, it didn't redirect back to the app. It just crashes, and I have to start my orders all over again. Yesterday, it kept crashing as well. I couldn't track my order on the app. Better fix the bug.

Glitchy, will sometimes loose track of orders. No easy way to see previous orders. Points are a good idea but when used, the restaurant regularly forgets the redeemed item or includes it but forgets a paid item. With no easy way to report mistakes, I could not recommend this app, even with the points system. This is based off my experience with at least 10 orders through the app over several months.
