In the setup you’ll need to enter your mobile number in one of the following ways:
> You can enter your mobile number with the +64 at the front, but make sure you drop the first 0. For example [phone]
> You can enter your mobile number without the +64 at the front. In this case you keep the first 0. For example 0204 123 456

the worst app ever I have found on the app store so far in all categories. very slow and doing a top up with credit is so frustrating as can't even type the card nums in boxes. skinny data charges r high also compared to other providers $4 for 200mb, one nz is less than $2 for 1gb. no option to top up by credit card if there is no data left because can't call and top up. had to switch to a new provider. skinny is very very expensive. i would give no star but had to give 1 star to post review

Paid $40 credit to skinny app for when credit expired they took 12c off it and I had unlimited data and calling so then they dishonour my top up and I had no Internet to be able to top up at work and left unable to call customers. Tried to call there's a 45 minute wait and minimum top up is $5 so had to do that now that I'm home. Not good service.

app was great until about six months ago. Now I am constantly getting logged out and having to request a text code which when entered doesn't work! I want to purchase add ons. Skinny, sort it out! You are losing money!
