Decent app, until you need to deal with an issue via their customer service chat. Nord had inadvertently double charged my account for my annual fee. When I contacted customer service to rectify the problem, their representative was absolutely worthless. The experience was so bad it prompted me to cancel my subscription (I had been with Nord for over four years). Give them a try, but there are others out there.

I didn't have issues with the app for a while, but for the last month or so anything requiring the Internet is impacted. Pages and apps won't load until I pause the VPN. I've checked for updates repeatedly for the app, other apps, and my phone itself in addition to other troubleshooting options for connectivity issues, but the only reliable way to get things to load properly is to turn off the VPN.

Stay away from this VPN. It consists of nothing but bugs. Random logouts, new connections sometimes take forever, windows version is so buggy it sometimes will never connect. No server latency information. Why on earth quick connect puts you so close to your existing IP address is beyond me... Why would I want to appear 30mins down the road? No way to select quick connect favorites. All around a joke of a VPN.
