Internet speed is good, but app service seems to always be in maintenance at awkward times. Usually whenever my internet expires and I try to renew it using this app, for some reason it would be in maintenance. This happens almost everytime I wanna renew my internet, it's infuriating. Service is also very weird. Sometimes I'd have service in elevator, but goes no service outside the elevator.

Absolute trash. Have been trying to top up credit for hours. No reply from support (for hours) when I say hours I mean 3+ hours with no high speed data. Can't book grab, can't order food. Trrrrrrashhhhhhhhh

With the new update, Umobile makes it even harder for people managing multiple prepaid lines. Imagine having to go back and forth with number owners to get OTPs And to link accounts, you will first have to get the billing number. For unknown reasons, you can only get it from their physical bill, they want to charge you rm5/mo for that. Not only moving backwards environmentally, and also charging exorbitant amount for physical bills. No idea if it's easy to cancel or another trap of theirs
