ā€¢ Access your ID Cards immediately after youā€™ve signed in for the first time. Simply rotate your phone to landscape view in the app to quickly view your virtual ID Cards. To view your (full) legal ID cards select to open the PDF version.

There is always some problem that the app is having. They were doing an update to the app and the app was down for like 3 weeks straight. I go to sign in and low and behold after entering the password it just doesn't do anything. It just chills. Doesn't sign in and it's so annoying. Seriously one of the worst apps I have EVER used. It's crazy how much this app sucks. Thank God they have a website. Too bad that also sucks but not as bad......

Have been unable to log into the app or the website. Keep getting an error message. Was able to briefly get into it on Sunday September 1st. But throughout that day prior to that and after that up until today I have not been able to get on the website or the app. (9/16/2024 update.) As of today I am still unable to access my account through the app or the website. I received the text today about my account however I'm only able to look at it. This has been an ongoing problem.

You'll wait hrs on the phone and they will charge you more and more over time without any explanation. At first it seems great but after a couple years you'll see that actually you're paying more then triple the starting price. When you try to get it fixed well I'm still trying to get if fixed. Can't even cancel my policy without taking to someone and it's been days trying to get ahold of someone. Definitely at this point I want nothing to do with this company! Don't get their insurance
