Does not do what it's supposed to. I am using pixel 6a. Very often the app will drop the connection to one the earpieces, usually the right one. The earpiece will still be working but the app will insist it isn't. I have to go to Bluetooth, disconnect the aids, then reconnect. Occasionally, I've had to remove the aids from the phone and then rescan for them. Sometimes this doesn't work. I have had to reinstall the app with all the palaver involved. Not what I want instead of watching TV.

Hi there, If using a TV streamer you can find the phone goes into power save and disconnects the Bluetooth leading to this. If not using a TV streamer, and just controlling your aids via the app you need to be aware that Google uses ASHA in Android, which is a low power version of Bluetooth that does not have the same range as full Bluetooth.

Very annoying. Keeps dropping out. Bluetooth sound either goes to left ear or right. Have to keep turning the connection on and off at least 6 to 7 times to get the sound in both ears. Frustrating because my left ear has nerve damage and with the sound only going to the left, the sound is their but I can't hear clearly as everything is distorted. I need both on to hear properly. Blue tooth button always doesn't work too. Have to switch phone on and off to get it to work.

The audiologist at Specsaver eventually discovered in a live discussion with the manufacturers of the hearing aids that Samsung phones do not work wrll with hearing aids. But eventually he got it to work on my Galexy X10e. BUT, noticed elsewhere the serrings are NOT SAVED into the hearing aids so every time i put them on I feel like I'm in a gig with whistling feedback and when I open the app to pull the levels down (to 1 or 2, they are ludicrously loud) I have to .. run out of space, to type !

Hi Geoff, Your aids are designed such that your audiologist adjusts your aids to match 85% of your day to day scenarios. Your app is then used to get you through the other 15% of situations with temporary short term adjustments. Semi permanent adjustments are only available via the app on some alternate models of aid.
