Ratings and reviews

Can no longer link my credit card that helped accrue 180.00 cash back. Yodlee integration works great (how does one get familiar with Yodlee...) and card links successfully, somehow now 100% being unlinked every time after re-linking. Can still not cash out successfully with an auto-deposit enabled e-Transfer account. Likely will end up seeing that balance lost due to being an "Inactive Accounts" at this rate, per terms... Avoid at all costs if a non RBC banking customer.

App is buggy and doesn't work, had to use the website. This entire program is a scam, they try to make it as difficult as possible to redem rewards, the website times out after only a minute or two, timed out multiple times while just browsing through items, whole program should be axed.

Placed an order for an item that is in store. Went to pick it up but I can't because there is no receipt email. Wich takes a day or two to arrive. Even though there's proof of purchase and the item was in stock I still have to wait for an email. Lady from custumer service was rude amd hung up.
