HOW TO ENROLL:
1. Download the mobile app to your smartphone.
2. Call us at 1-800 ROYAL 5-3 (1-800-769-2553) to get your temporary user name and password.
3. Sign in to our U.S. Remote Deposit website at https://xpressdeposit.com/xd/?bid=114098099 to set up your preferred user name, password, and security questions.
4. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
HOW TO MAKE A DEPOSIT:
To deposit your check, first endorse (sign) the back of your check, and below your signature, write the words “For Deposit Only RBC Bank RDC.”
1. Open the Remote Deposit application and sign in using the Remote Deposit user ID and personal identification number that you established at enrollment.
2. Select Deposit and the Account. Then enter the amount.
3. Take pictures of both the front and back of the endorsed check, making sure you get all four corners of the check in the picture.
4. Click Continue. You’ll receive a message that the upload is successful.
5. Select Submit to view the deposit confirmation.
It’s that easy! We'll send you an email to let you know we've received your deposit, and we'll follow up with an email confirmation once your deposit has been processed and the funds are in your account.

Get Cash enables you to withdraw money without using your bank card. It is a great option for those times when you need small amounts of cash but don't have your wallet on you.
You must have at least £25 available funds in your account (including your overdraft facility). You can use this service up to twice a day but can only have one cash code at any one time. Each code expires after three hours. The amount you ask for will also need to be within the daily withdrawal limit for your debit card.
Pay a person or bill
With `Pay a person or bill` you must set up and make your first payment to a new payee using Online Banking.
Pay Your Contacts
With 'Pay your contacts' you can send money to anyone who uses a Isle of Man Bank, NatWest, RBS or Ulster Bank Mobile Banking app. You can send a minimum of £0.01 and a maximum of £250 in a single payment. The sum of all such payments cannot exceed £250 in a day.
To send a payment, simply choose a contact on your phone or type in a mobile number then enter a message and the amount you want to send. The payee will be notified by text message and the funds should reach the payee's account instantly. You can send up to £250 a day.
'Pay your contacts' limits are independent of daily withdrawal and Get Cash limits.
HOW TO REGISTER
To use the Isle of Man Bank Mobile Banking app you need to have an Isle of Man Bank personal current account with a debit card and Online Banking, be aged 11 or over and have a mobile telephone number starting with 07.
Once you've downloaded the app, registering is simple. All you need is your Online Banking customer number, debit card and some other information including your card security number.
To complete the registration process, we’ll verify your details and send you a text message within 24 hours to let you know that you can start using the app.

How much can I transfer?
Mobiel Bankieren lets you transfer funds without using the e.dentifier. All you need is your selected identification code. The total amount you can transfer with your identification code will depend on the account you wish to transfer the amount to and on the daily limit. Transfers using your identification code are subject to a maximum limit of:
- €750 per day when transferring funds to previously used accounts. These are accounts to which you have previously transferred funds in the last 18 months. If you want, you can lower this limit yourself.
- €250,000 per transaction to accounts that are in your name.
- €3,000 to accounts of which you are one of the joint account holders.
