I wish they'd spend some of their marketing budget on solving their existing customer's issues. I've been a client for years and the app has never worked for me. Can you imagine in this day and age being unable to move my money digitally. Trying to get their customer care, tech team, or whoever is supposed to fix my issue to do their job has proven impossible. They refer me to their app which of course doesn't work. So apa na sanga mo uku filwa ine. Don't be fooled by their tuma PR responses.

I have ready and accepted the terms and conditions but my account isn't opening,trying to resume on the same process it won't let me as well as even trying to start the process over again. What could possibly be the case,please assist me.

How is it that when I receive money from abroad, new ITT charges (whatever those are) worth $15 was deducted from my account secretly without even sending me a notification then I should be surprised that I don't have enough funds when I'm making a transaction??? 👎👎👎
