The app is hanging on "book subscription" page. I am a frequent visitor at starbucks and have purchased subscriptions previously but since the end of September it isn't working. Dropped several mails to starbucks team also but pathetic customer service and no resolution from their end.

I had ordered coffee online, and it was a takeaway order. I had reached the location, and it had been almost 25 minutes, but my order was still showing as "preparing" on the app, even though they hadn't started preparing it. After 30 minutes, when I asked, one of the staff members said, "Please wait, your order will be ready soon." When I finally received my order, the taste was really bad—it didn't have any sugar. You only earn stars if you load their card and pay through it. Other than that, even if you order through the app, you don't earn anything. Second, if you order at store, their baristas ask for paid additions like they are free, as if they are just asking for your preference. Routinely, I have'd to ask them to remove stuff, which they added just like that. Please don't turn your baristas into beggars for addons. That's not a good quality for Starbucks.
