Ratings and reviews

The app freezes for a couple of seconds, with no feedback whatsoever, after every button press. This is especially true inside the quick order menu. Also, quick order forces you to pay by the Starbucks card which requires $100+ reloads. If you're already ripping people off with $50+ drinks, at least let them pay the actual price of the drinks.

Recent receive COMPLETELY NO Notifications regarding promotion or discounts (both in-app and phone notifications). Always found the promo or discount AFTER they are ended.

New app is getting better. Can now top up with credit card. Ordering before 9am the app hangs and errors and cannot add items to the order. Gave up and will try in store. Still buggy a couple of years later, can't add a muffin to the cart.
