Ratings and reviews

Too bad one star is the lowest rating it is allowed to give, because it is worth minus 5. Absolutely terrible app. You are not allowed to link your card to top up the balance, and when you proceed to checkout your order is showing as empty and you have to go back. But after you go back from the checkout screen, you can't return unless you add or remove something from your order. annoying

always says my password is incorrect but i have saved my password in words aa well as with screenshots! Meanwhile, the app is very slow and the QR Code scanning doesn't work for table number scanning

The app freezes for a couple of seconds, with no feedback whatsoever, after every button press. This is especially true inside the quick order menu. Also, quick order forces you to pay by the Starbucks card which requires $100+ reloads. If you're already ripping people off with $50+ drinks, at least let them pay the actual price of the drinks.
