After the last 2 updates this app became annoying. I cant checked last month transaction only the current month. The latest update just made it worse, everything extremely slow. I need to wait quite long time when i want to pay for my transaction as it kept loading the home page and i had to told the barista to wait until it opened!! And if i want to either check my balance or rewards or anything the loading time was so long. The connection wasnt the issue. As i can open any app easily.

Some concern and suggestions: - fix the load time when opening the app or transition between menu. In my app it still slow loading (using wifi and enough memory in phone) - add button to clear all notifications - 'order' menu and 'store' menu is redundant. Take out one menu and change it to other useful feature

My current month transaction not updated and suddenly i lost some of my balance. I have reported that problem to the barista and they said that they had to report it to Jakarta's headquarter at that time and asked me to leave my contact number so they can contact me when they have further information. After 1 week i don't receive any information, so i came again. They just said they had server maintenance when i did my transaction but didn't solve the problem at all.

Seamless Top Up:
You are now able to top up your card balance online using a Static Virtual Account number with selected m-banking services (currently available for m-BCA). At any time you are able to top up directly and seamlessly from the mobile banking app without going through the top up process in our Starbucks App

Manage your Starbucks Card collection:
You are now able to remove old, duplicate, inactive, lost or stolen cards from your card collection for a better in-app experience.
