Ordered 2 subs this afternoon through the subway app to get the BOGO deal. After paying,the app showed building the subs. After waiting some time, I received a message stating my order was cancelled. I went into the store. The person stated there was no order for me, but my credit card was charged. I verified that I was at the correct store. I arrived home and was looking at the status again. It showed the subs were ready. Tried a couple of times to call the store, phone just rings, no answer.

I would give this app zero stars if I could. Everytime I order from the subway near me it always gets cancelled! I order for pickup: cancelled. I order for delivery: cancelled. I uninstall and reinstall the app and guess what? Cancelled! Seems like a bad way of doing business to not take my money when I want your product. I don't know if the franchise is rejecting my orders because I was using a BOGO sub coupon or if it's the system having an error. But the app is completely pointless.

You can't even look at menu unless you're placing an order AND the location is currently open. So you can't plan ahead for lunch tomorrow or whatever. I want to check out the menu to see if I even want to go. But it's like you don't even want customers. Explain why you even have an app or website. Definitely the stupidest thing I've seen in a long time. If menus vary between locations, fine. You should still be able to see the menu when it's closed. Don't give them your business. Go to Quiznos.
