The IID Customer Connect app provides quick and easy access to IID energy account information for customers. Log in to view or pay bills, monitor or compare usage and check for outages in your area.

Ratings and reviews

This app is great...except for popups every screen change asking me to rate the app, and only giving me the choice of rate app now or ask me later (with later being the very next time the screen refreshes). The option that was missing is "no thanks, I prefer not to rate the app". For this reason alone, one star rating.

App does not allow you to pay anything up to amount due, even though your average plan is higher. Why bother either using the app to pay your average billing plan or to have an average plan if you want to use the app. Geez....

Very easy-to-use, newly updated with a new UI and general graphics overhaul, works much better than the original app.
