The Device Pulse Application provides users served by TracFone's brands the following:
- Instant Brand Recognition.
- Ability to troubleshoot their device, via a Branded Chatbot portal in Contact Support.
- Ability to see their device IMEI, SIM number, and Phone Number, all in one screen.
- Examine various device hardware properties.
- Examine the software version, and security patch information.

Basically turned my phone into a plastic brick. I can't send or receive texts properly or timely, my internet connectivity is awful, and any app that requires data becomes useless. Nothing loads properly, if at all now. I have to restart my phone any time I need to use an app requiring a network connection. If I wait longer than just a few minutes to use internet or any other network app, I have to restart it. Extremely inconvenient. Complete bloatware garbage. -5 stars!

No experience. Didnt bother me it was on my phone.... what bother me was is when I went to look at the permissions and properties and stuff I noticed that there was no way to delete it or disable it all that had been turned off in the menu and I don't like to be told what I can and can't turn on and off or delete from my device so I restricted it turned off the updates disabled notifications.. for all I know it might be a good program but I'm not going to have i shvd down my throat.

It just showed up! I don't want this app on my phone. I have tried to uninstall. It appears that it is uninstalling, then it tries to update. I can't stop permissions or notifications because, "... I haven't received any notifications"? This along with some other additions from Tracfone, etc. without my permission is eating up space. This app needs to allow the owner of the phone total control to delete it. I'm considering resetting my phone to get rid of this "junk".
