The My Verisure application allows you to take full control of your security, to activate or deactivate your intruder alarm from anywhere in the world.

Application features:
- Check the status of your alarm.
- Arm or disarm your alarm remotely.
- Check who enters and leaves your home or business and at what time.
- Take photos remotely to check on your property from your mobile or tablet.
- Check your live video surveillance.
- Download your invoices.
- Modify your keywords, users, action plans…

And much more!

All these functions are available in our Verisure Alarms. The available functionalities may vary according to the Alarm model.

- In order to use this application, you must be a Verisure customer and have a username and password.

Been a user for over a year. Within the past 5 or so months the app started working sporadically if at all. Asked a service tech what was going on and was told the company has a new system and the app doesn't work with it and they are working on a new one. I hope so. Several attempts to talk to someone at the company about the problems were fruitless. Ask for a callback that never came.

I had the previous verisure system for the last 5 years was excellent especially the equipment.. Even told you just looking at it which windows or doors where still open.. The garage would arm seperate to the house.. Now renewed and was offered to upgrade to the new equipment it's a massive step back. No box or feature in the app to tell you if anything is left open.The main alarm siren and voice part is by the front door so no sence of security that someone is checking on you.. No anex feature!

Very sneaky business practices and a company that enforces the letter of the contract, no matter what their representatives tell you, in person or on the phone. They're happy to take your money, but once you actually need their help - you're on your own.

- More convenience when performing high-security actions. Now, you can authorize your mobile devices to simplify processes that require verification, such as changing your password or requesting that we connect your alarm if you're unable to.

The Securitas Direct development team continues working every day, and you can expect more updates in your app soon.
