a month ago , my phone was convinced that it was connected to a wired earphones although I never had one , causing that when recording anything or watching any video it has no voice , the hardware is working though.. I downloaded the app and it solves the problem temporarily not a full solution where my phone is convinced that it is in a phone call , so whenever I try to voice record or do a video I definitely can't and in calls I should put it in speaker mode to hear actual sound !

Awesome app! my only issue is that it has to have a call on so I can't make videos and sometimes it turns off and goes back to headphone mode. Also my alarm won't go off.

My headphone jack was broken off in the port for months making my phone useless. I downloaded this app and now my phone is back to normal instead of just a paper weight. best app ever!!
