Ratings and reviews

The latest update has problem to book appointments for health check up and many other services. I could not even log out even after uninstall. Please check if any bug persistent. Update: only happens on my smartphone: Samsung A55 5G. It works smoothly on my Samsung Tab S9+. Tried to clear all data from the app and it works. Please help to fix this bug if possible. It is quite a hassle.

unfortunately the apps is unworking the loading issue , I can't even see my vaccination certificate, the apps keep bugging , and sometimes the page not even appear , please patch this... WHAT THE POINT MAKING AN APPS if you not trying to maintain it? please make sure this whole thing won't happen again! and don't tell us to just go and help desk is Unhelpful PLUS CANT EVEN LOG OUT CANT EVEN EDIT PROFILE OR DAMN ANYTHING

I used to book dental appointment vis this app. but recently it lagged so bad that I couldn't place my booking, so I have to call directly to book my appointment. I even waited for days, uninstall then reinstall the app but still, the apps won't load the page. please fix your app ASAP because I need to see the dentist on weekly basis. thank you
