This app is terrible. I'm not sure why they thought it was a good idea to change the whole app and make it to something that isn't usable. Is there even staff for app maintenance? because it definitely doesn't seem like it. 95% of the time it doesn't work and the only thing I see is "good afternoon" on the home screen. How am i supposed to keep track of monthly data usage. This new app also doesn't memorise your card so you have to enter it every time you top up. fix this bs Vodafone. I'm not paying for amateur mistakes like these.

i Have just changed my plan to include the Flexiplan and wireless wifi but my OneNZ app doesn't work anymore. Have had help from the help desk twice and been into the OneNZ shop and no one seems to be able to solve the problem. Not sure how I'm supposed to keep track of my Flexi Plan without the app. Was with Vodafone before and had no problems!!

Never works when you actually need it. For example if you run out of data and need to buy more. Or you are roaming and need to turn on roaming. If I was a skeptic or conspiracy theorist I would say they do it on purpose so you end paying more. But it could be I'm really unlucky or it's a bad app ... I wonder about other people's experiences
