I ordered thru this app and they got a 3rd party delivery - Grab. They put the wrong pin to the store so the rider requested them to cancel it. As a customer, I got nothing but inconvenience. They never called me nor informed me about the cancelation. They don't care about the customer waiting for almost an hour for nothing. The contact number on the help section is not even working. I wasted time for this.

App does not work. I keep tapping the branch to deliver from and it flashes briefly and returns to the list. This happens whichever branch I choose. Yet another failed mobile app for the Philippines because it's more fun in the Philippines!

no customer support/feedback mechanism twice in jul 2025, store called that they could not deliver due to storm.emong but app tagged both as completed and still charged me despite noting in my rating that the orders were not completed twice this month, address kept reverting despite stating signal and good order in another apps. was ordering for a relative in another town and despite several chqlanges of delivery address and confirmation thereof, the final one reflected another town.
