It has been a frustrating experience for me using this app. Everytime i need to generate a QR code for login, it doesn't work and shows an error message. Then when i try to log in using password, it says that there's technical issues. So basically the app is deemed useless for me! I have tried to use the app to pay govt hospital bills and it has never worked before. Today i tried to log in Healthy 365 app, doesn't work so i need to use hubby's phone to login. Pls rectify this issue asap!

Hate this app. Face verification is lousy and didn't work. Requested a temporary password to reset password and it needs a few days to receive the mail. Once I received the temporary password, I reset the password, it asked me to scan the QR code. I did and then it asked me to enter the pin # I don't have. I requested for a pin and Now I need to wait for another few days to receive the pin. Who knows what will happen then. Ridiculous!

I give it 2* for what the app SHOULD do, but now I always see "We are experiencing Technical Difficulty (88-S11)" so the app is worthless/useless if cannot log in. I cannot log in from a PC because no camera is detected for Face Detection so, in essence, I have no SingPass today.
