I'm really not having a good time with the nww app, you can't even see the decimal point so you really have to be careful with transactions. The app has a fault with some of the numbers being too close together, presumably mireso '0' so when you have 2 x zero's between a decimal point, you can't see you as they cover it.

Working great once again and even better than before. It does everything it's meant to. I have found these guys always easy to deal with. Update 06/07/24 Since last update I've been unable to log in. Password and fingerprint not allowing access. Went through forgotten password, changed password. App said OK now you can login. Guess what it's locked me out of the account as password is incorrect. I've done the text and memorable questions, but still no luck.

App is a waste of time. Would give zero stars if I could. You can apparently block your own card within the app except you can't. No other contact options from within the app like some other banking apps, so only the phone number to call (been on hold for over 40 minutes only to be told that the call handler isn't trained to deal with credit cards so back on hold). App is as basic as they come which these days is not acceptable. I Hope that with the rebrand/takeover that improves.
