App notifications weren't workin probably, it failed to notify charge complete, and car stayed overnight with 10x bigger bill than usual, almost entirely idle fees, no real charge transferred. CS first admitted the issue over the phone, then refused to refund. It happened twice and they don't want to take ownership of the issue. 2 stars to the app, 1 star to customer service.

Hit and miss. When the app works it allows to charge with several network. Unfortunately, it does not always work, so it is hard to rely on. Support is very hard to reach. The android auto app is wonky at best. Totally unusable. I had to call their "immediate support" twice over the last 6 months. It took 35 minutes the first time and the issue was not solved. The second time, I gave up after over 1 hour on hold. I give up and recommend subscribing with each supplier. Much more reliable.

Not being able to stop a charge from the app has left me unable to disconnect the charging cable. The first two times I was able to call Flo tech support to remotely cancel charging. The people are lovely and helpful but most recently I was on hold for over half an hour, I couldn't leave the parking garage where the station was located, and I got a $77 dollar parking ticket on top of the $7/hour parking plus the Flo charge. I will avoid using Flo chargers on principle going forward.
