There is no protection for you as a customer if the item bought is faulty or of bad quality. Save your money and time, and buy elsewhere. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this online store. Bought an item which I discovered was faulty and requested a replacement within 24 hours of receiving it. Unfortunately I was left to the merchandiser's opinion which did not admit the bad sale and 1 month later from continuous communication no replacement or refund was granted.

If you buy anything from this app and you will have to return it in any case , its better to give it to someone for free. If not you will waste your time sending emails messages every day. I have requested to return one product 01/08/2024 they picked it but nothing happened after 26 days. Even dubai store has responsibles to give the better customer care service to the customer . But they are not. Think twice before choose this app and never make mistakes while selecting items.
