Ratings and reviews

As many others have stated, the highlight videos are a joke. The ad has no trouble loading, but the video takes several tries to work, so you end up watching a bunch of ads trying to see one video. This has been a consistent issue for a long time that ESPN refuses to fix. In actuality, they probably generate more ad revenue this way, but legally its unfulfilled services. They offer a service (highlight videos) that we pay for by viewing ads. We pay, but ESPN won't honor the agreement.

The best at giving you sports stats. Only I'll never watch a video on ESPN if I don't have to because I absolutely hate how long the ads are. You have to watch one in between every video. I also wish the pin score could have scheduled scores like Google where it will automatically pin your scores for a certain sports team. Also the UI feels outdated and could use a revamp. For now though it's the best out there. Edit: forgot about the 1000 notifications a day... Hope you don't mind notifications

Fine for getting scores and reading articles, but if you want to watch highlights or videos it sucks. The videos take forever to load, if they load at all, the video quality is awful, but the ads have no issues with loading or quality. Every other app that has videos I have ever used has a better video system than they do. Whenever any issue arises, which is often, they provide only standard troubleshooting and when that doesn't work they do nothing!
