I used to be able to easily change my Wi-Fi password, remotely restart my router, see connected devices, etc, but now I can no longer do any of those things. It may be useful for chatting with support or something if that ever comes up, but, unless and until it does, this app is completely useless.

Frontier may be good, but my own internet experience with them is the worst I've ever had, i am on optic fibre but it's not even as good as the cable I left. Maybe it's working with others, but to be honest I regret switching. My devices are struggling to connect in most parts of the house, my computer manages to communicate with the printer only once in a while on a lucky day usually after repeated and prolonged struggle. This internet only gives headache. UPDATE: My Internet now works better

Worst experience I have had in a mobile app. I was working on troubleshooting a connection issue with a live (I know right?) Person in the chat when the app locked up and errored out. This was after trying the chat 3 or 4 times because I couldn't even get the send button to work. Was told to restart the ONT woth no real direction on how to do so other than unplug it. Well I go to open it and the clips start to break off. Now the box is flapping in the wind cause there is no way to secure it.
