Pick one of our red vehicles and ride to your destination in a comfortable and smooth way. Choose between the different car models: the AUDI A3, OPEL Corsa, VW ID.3 and more. You can legally park the vehicle for free anywhere on public spots within the home zone or pause your trip out of the zone. Available 24/7. A vehicle whenever & wherever you want.

Ratings and reviews

No way to call customer service if the service is not working (which unfortunately happens quite often). The app makers have outsourced support as well, making it very frustrating. The reply is "we can only help you in case of a car accident". Often times you can't stop a ride either, requiring you to pay more.

I scheduled a call to verify my documents, when the call started the app let me know that they're experiencing high traffic so I should wait. I waited for more than an hour with the app open!! In the mean time, they let me know that I missed the call and I should reschedule - I was waiting in the call the whole time!!! I am very disappointed, I would not recommend.

The app is good until the moment of account verification. Then the only option is a photo verification that does not work. There is no way to verify your account manually, there is no 2-factor authentication, and most importantly, NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. I can't use the app although I have achieved Gold status.
