We’ll make sure your parcel goes where it needs to go. We offer great value, with competitive prices for standard and next day delivery.
Convenience
Just drop off your parcel at your nearest Evri ParcelShop or Locker and we’ll do the rest. Or arrange for one of our friendly couriers to pick it up from your home.
Divert
Not going to be in? Change of plans? No problem – it’s easy to divert to a ParcelShop or Locker.
Tracking
You’re on the right track with us. You can see where your parcel is at every stage of its journey.
Take control
Whether you want your parcel delivered to your doorstep, a nominated safe place or a favourite neighbour, use the My places feature to set your personal preferences.
Returns
If it’s not quite right, it’s easy to return an item for free to many of the UK’s top retailers. Arrange a courier collection or drop off at a ParcelShop or Locker.

Ratings and reviews

Add 'live track' to see exactly where they are, if you gonna make an app that does one thing, make sure its the best. I don't see why you have a separate Track tab, if you can get there from the home screen. From home I tap once, on the actual order and see EVERYTHING, but you want me to tap 'track' for ???? That's one tap for tab and another for the order, you get it now ? 1hr+ late, no call back, no explanation and I need to go out, 2hr window not enough for you?

Shocking app, what's the point having this app to track my packages when they never update from we've got it through to with courier, meant to make life easier so we aren't stuck in all the time waiting for stuff but yet we still r. Would hate to miss it and them leave it somewhere and it go missing, iv heard plenty stories where this has happened. A ticket thru door saying its beside wheelie bin or somewhere and it's gone.

Very glitchy app on my Android phone keyboard keeps disappearing field information disappears from step to step finally reach the payment page and it doesn't interface with Google pay on my phone properly and payment fails every time with no explanation. You really need to sort your app out. 😕
