This is how I'm gonna rate this so far. This maria Montero lady the "phycologist" does not understand and is very rude. Clearly I know she ain't my therapist I read her bio. I desperately need help and I feel as if she isn't the right one for me for the help all I ask was a therapist and she told me twice rudely that she wasn't my therapist I know this duh be specific.

The therapists are very nice and helpful in this app. Unfortunately the app itself is pretty much broken. Android notifications don't work. I have to open the app every 5 min to check for notifications. I get repeated daily email notifications for messages that doesn't exist. So i had to filter the emails out. The video chat app doesn't work half of the time. Messages appear late and I have to close the app and reopen it to refresh the chat.
