Listen, it's okay that you want me to pay to have your best interest offering, but did you really need to make it so that interests are only accrued on a single, separate account? It's not even compatible with your earlier saving goals functionality. And it's super impractical as it forces people to move money back and forth all the time. Issue is that this makes you very inconvenient to use, as other bank that have more compelling products. Is that a smart choice?

Unbelievably bad. The card I setup fails. The money I transferred in cannot be transferred out. The help is a chatbot that is no use. When it eventually gives up you are informed that support will contact you in 2-3 days. I kid you not. In the mean time all money is effectively unavailable. Avoid like your life depends on it. Your money certainly does.

Downloaded yesterday. And thought wow this is a cool app. Sad to day the transfer of money in Norway from your bank account to Lunar don't work. All I get is a timeout every single time . I would at least expect this to work in a so called bank app. Guess I need to cancel this asap unless it works. Cause how would one actually pay bills with zero money ?
