Ratings and reviews

From a UX & design standpoint they are doing a lot of things right. What's negative is that they advertise zero foreign tx fees but then charge you an international 'access' fee, for merchants outside of HK, even if the tx is done in HKD.. I've never heard of such a thing and it feels like a dirty trick. At the same time there are too many instances where I have to double approve a transactions by going into the app, after having entered fingerprints and security code already...

Edit: I recently tried to access the FPS QR scanner function to pay a merchant in person, and it was extraordinarily difficult to find in the UI. Is this function even supported by Mox? For a virtual bank, a good UI should set it apart from the others, and this experience was a substantial let down. // Why have you disabled screenshoting? I use this to evidence I've paid rent! This is by far one of the worst changes to the app with no benefit to the user - not sure why this was prioritised

The app needs optimising for nothing phones. Everytime I open the app to use fingerprint scanner the app tells me to either wait or close the app. I can wait, but it pops up every few seconds, which makes the whole experience just that little bit more annoying. Thanks Dev team. I do love the app otherwise.
