Ratings and reviews

Forced to move to this app from stocard, immediately couldn't use a card because it didn't support scanning mode. Cool. Edit: to be clear, all of my cards transferred fine , and their barcode would show, but I am unable to use them because klarna does not have "scanning mode", which I needed regularly for fixed scanners that could not reach the top of my phone screen or understand upside down barcodes. Scanning mode put the barcode on three sides of the screen.

I have used this app for years! Suddenly, when creating a one-time use card, it asked for my social. It continues to say my social can't be verified. I checked all of the necessary accounts to make sure there were no discrepancies and everything matches. I have contacted customer service multiple times and there is no accountability. They just state there is nothing they can do, it's a system decision. One of the representatives I spoke to even confirmed the last four digits, and they matched.

I used to love this app. Told all my friends about it. Made my payments on-time, if not paid off early. Had one issue one time and you are pretty much labeled as no longer worthy (and trust me they always got their money-that wasnt the issue). Started having issue after issue after that. Paid off what I owed and finally gave up using it. Just got a notice (10/15) of some bs reason I was denied something back in JULY. And customer service is zero help. Shame. I really liked it while it lasted.
