After two month of travel, missing miles not in the systems yet. Made three times follow up with Costumer Service, nothing happens.

A good way to track your flights and mileage. I do suggest that the app should have a way to indicate number of flights for a given period especially if you are targeting a certain number of flights to get to next level. Goal should also be for number of flights and not just mileage. Also, it would be good for the app to show all flights obtained within a given period so one could easily track any missing accrual.

Ever since a system upgrade, things have been going wrong with the Philippine Airlines and Mabuhay Miles apps. Miles get credited months after, personal details are all wrong and can't be updated when one tries to correct the data (address, phone number). It even disallowed editing because my account is registered to my current email and is flagging the account as new. of course it is! Shape up guys!!!!
