Pointless bloatware app that requires location permissions for no reason. The old system of them texting an access code worked fine. And now they added the freemium "feature" of charging $3 per day if I don't pick up my parcel right away. I would uninstall this app but then I wouldn't be able to receive packages. Welcome to the technological dystopia folks. Can't wait for our AI overlords to cleanse the world.

Invasive, garbage app for a mid service. It demands constant location access (even when not in use) for zero customer-facing benefit. 3 guesses what they do with your valuable, private data... Also, the package locker barcode scanners can't read screens, so you have to type an 8-digit number to access your stuff. The app provides exactly zero benefit over an email, and harvests lots of data. Avoid if you can. Oh, also: more often than not, you get packages for the wrong address

Updated review: over a year ago I lost the ability to open my locker via Bluetooth and was unable to figure out why. Today it hit me to check the app permissions and it seems "detect nearby devices" was set to not allowed. Possible app was put to sleep and that did not reset. Once I set it to allowed, the Bluetooth function worked again. Wish there was a better troubleshooter about things that could go wrong and how to correct. Leaving as 4 star due to having to help myself.
