App keeps having issues. Did not receive any package notifications for more than 2 months. The system got updated, and then I received all notifications for past packages on 5/29. 6/14 I got a package and did not receive an email. Turns out my personal information is not in the app anymore, so there was no way for me to receive communication about my package being delivered days ahead. When I try to update my info, I keep getting an error message. Hopefully, it stops after the update today 6/18.

App is (sort of) useable but has several inexcusably bad bugs. For example, I can't update my contact information or change my preferences for how it notifies me of packages. No matter what I do, it tells me that an occupant with my first and last name already exists ... Um, yeah, that's me, and I'm not trying to add an occupant! It also sometimes registers my packages under my wife's account even when they're addressed to me, so I don't get notified when they arrive. Pathetic.

How do you have an app that defaults to notifications being blocked and then doesn't give you the option to turn notifications on when the whole point is to notify you of a package. That is ridiculous. I get the text and email options are on there but in a situation where there maybe multiple people in a household, that lack of feature isnt helpful.
