Have been using for a while and I upgraded to the yearly hotspot plan that showed if your on life lock or ago you'll get unlimited data as well. All fine and dandy except the fact that I know my phone has hotspot capabilities and so do devices trying to connect yet I can't connect to data on my phone unless connected to wifi and every device I've tried to connect shows always connected but no Internet. Why offer plans that don't even work and do nothing to fix

Yes Q link is free but is very terrible, I wouldn't even recommend. I'll have full bars of service, I'll be connected then I won't be. My hot spot doesn't even work. I used all methods to try to get my hot spot to work again and it doesn't work. It says "connected, no Internet". Free is not all cracked up to be.

I've been with this company for years with zero complaints until now. I've always enjoyed the unlimited plan but just recently that has changed and I have to add data to my plan. It's annoying that they changed this as I use my phone for work and depend on the data being there. Imagine in the middle of my shift my phone stops working, now for some reason, I'm using more data than I have ever used when it was unlimited and I can't work without it. Super frustrated with this change !!!
