View past and current water use, get notifications sent to you directly about planned an unplanned outages and, view your past and current bills. app never saves info or takes my card payment. always have to re enter bank information to pay. slightly annoying.

I cannot pay my bill with the app, which is the main reason I downloaded it. It says "Choose payment method", so I choose the credit card stored on my account. The card info appears on the screen, I tap "Next", and I get a pop-up message saying, "Choose a payment method". My card info is actually visible as the chosen payment method behind this pop-up! 😄 Can I just please pay my bill with the app??

I was so excited when I saw winter Haven had an app. But it is terrible! I tried paying a bill and it would accept the payment. I found some of the information on the app was jumbled together. I could not read it. This app has a long way to go before its ready for prime time.
