Hi,I've been a member for a short time. I've been doing great on purchases and payments. My power went up to 425. Then it fell to 300 and then 200. I am paying $18 a month for pay anywhere. It is useless to pay for a product that is not accurate. I was trying to build up power for emergencies and meet the deadline for a tier level upgrade. If power is based on to much use and amount spent, how then would you ever grow your levels. I can easily spend $200. Without this app.To much A.I. in app

Good but Sucks!!!! Took forever to increase spending amount with months of on time or early payments. Finally got it up to $600 and paying for the "Anywhere" subscription and out of the blue for no reason after making yet another early payment it drops to $200. I was building it to make a bigger purchase and now that's shot. Ready now to pay off current open purchases and canceling everything.

So far no complaints. Hopefully, it will stay this way. Update- 6-7-24. Not sure why every time for the past month I'm being told my payment has expired and needs to be updated. Annoying especially since when I attempt to re-enter my information (BTW has not expired) I can not due to the fact that it's not loading. Taking back 2 stars until this is resolved.
