Slow to lead, I have to wait next to the turnstile for some time. Every time I open the app, there is an annoying popup asking about notifications. Not possible to open the app without turning on NFC!

App takes around 12 - 15 minutes to open, I know this because I have timed it. I start walking from my office and I start the app, by the time I reach the metro it opens. Now, since I have moved my Nol card to the cloud (and cannot go back) I have to use the app and it is a nightmare.

I want to make my nol card digital. But the nol-Pay mobile application is forcing me to sign in to UAE-Pass mobile application for this. And UAE-Pass mobile application is not compatible with my phone. So, I am unable to digitalize my nol card. No solution from either application customer service team for this.
