The app does not work the majority of the time. Sign-in takes such an incredibly long time to do. It says my email is in use when I'm just trying to sign back in so I can't even get into the app sometimes. When you're in the app, it will begin glitching or freezing. It takes an eternity just to find your location. Then when you're finally ready to check out your order, it just loads continuously. Worst fast food app I've ever used!

What is going on recently with the apps processing?!?! I try to do just about anything and it runs slow af. Need to change the pick up location? Tough, it's going to take a while every time I try to press a button. So I just wanna give up trying. Also... service is often lacking at most locations I've visited... I know that has nothing to do with the app itself, but feel it should be mentioned as well.

I love Sonic, but the app is awful! The map feature to pick the restaurant takes at least 5 minutes to load and the GPS doesn't seem to function for app check-in. Many times, there's a 2-3 minute wait each time you tap something before it loads. The worst part, though, is that even once I go through all that, most of the time I get a technical difficulties error when checking out. I've tried multiple devices, errors on all. App-only deals with a malfunctioning app is a problem.
