Ratings and reviews

You only earn stars if you load their card and pay through it. Other than that, even if you order through the app, you don't earn anything. Second, if you order at store, their baristas ask for paid additions like they are free, as if they are just asking for your preference. Routinely, I have'd to ask them to remove stuff, which they added just like that. Please don't turn your baristas into beggars for addons. That's not a good quality for Starbucks.

This app is very inconvenient it doesnt work at all also it cannot keeps the login info and shows an error always starbucks persons should do something its going on since long time

If password we forget there is no option to retrieve password, this is very inconvenient
