I can't rate it, for over an hour I have been trying to do just 1 transaction and I can't, after inputting every info and ready to make transfer, it kept saying "please choose a transaction status" I did that and set to transfer, and it will still say same thing. I am so disappointed and have been asking myself why I open my biz account with such stupid bank and stupid app for business account It's very poor and really frustrating

This app is frustrating, the sms token was actually d best, since i downloaded ,i have been unable to use, i had visited d bank thrice and nothing was done...d only message i get "you are now profiled as a user" no user ID or anything. U guys are frustrating my transactions

Very terrible experience. Too much unecessary process while switching to another device. Cannot be used on more than one device.
