App is fine, service is bad. Supermax Roam in-flight is a joke. Good luck connecting and if you do, don't expect anything higher than dialup. Was on a 4 hour flight this past weekend and only managed to use 40mb. And most of that was trying to get into apps to try and use them. On the ground is fine for roaming, but if you were planning to use it for in-flight, you're just wasting your $$$

Can't add multiple phone numbers to the same profile, need to pay the bills on different phones, no credit card payments, no auto payments, need to manually top up the wallet. Can't use the app to change plans, can't use it to upgrade or increase data. No alert system to warn us when data is almost used up. What a useless app. What's year is this from? Y2K?

Terrible app. For the option to retrieve data from Singpass, the app is unable to do so, which should not be the case. When attempting to manually key in details, at the stage where an image of the NRIC is to be uploaded, image files are not accepted with no alternatives or suggestions provided. This effectively prevented me from signing up.
