Ratings and reviews

My rating of 3* is purely to do with the notification system, which is non-existent! Okay, you may get a small 'B' pop up in the top left-hand corner of your phone, but that is also infrequent. No push or pop-up notification function, which is extremely frustrating. Apart from that, it's a good app with loads of categories to separate topics, and all the separate 'departments' work extremely well.

Great app, however I'm not sure why the creators haven't included a number icon in the highlights tab to tell you how many messages you've starred in the same way a number pops up in the chats tab to tell you how many unread messages/ conversations you have. It seems like they've missed a trick here. Had they included this I would've definitely given it 5 stars.

How to change calendar to show Monday as the start of week. Change for the calendar within the Blink platform. Currently, the week starts on Saturday, which is causing some confusion. Could you please assist with updating user settings so that the calendar view begins on Monday
