This app is great for those of us that don't like long workouts/or to workout but know we must do something to combat FLAB! I am able (50+ yrs old) to do the exercises although some were easier than others. Some exercises I have had to adjust due to past surgery but overall the app is easy enough to follow & ONLY TAKES A FEW MINUTES.

I just started using this app and I'm not going to lie it really really helps I really love this app...my only issue is that they don't show how to get into the proper form and I'm just a beginner trying to gain some weight so I had to learn the form of each exercise, before the exercise started showing results and I would love it if they get this fixed.

Just downloaded the app and I felt its impact on the very first day, but some exercises that are meant to be taken step by step are fast... I just think few exercises need little adjustments and also during the exercise, there should be a voice guide on the proper way to do it
