Registration for flowbird is free: just create your account via the app. Once you’ve created an account, you can park and pay for parking in any location that utilizes the flowbird app. Caution: flowbird is not available everywhere, please consult the list of eligible locations on our website.
How to Use the App:

• Select your location on the map
• Use the dial to choose how long you want to park
• Confirm your payment

Ratings and reviews

This is not a well designed app. When I use my phone's back button it closes the app instead of going to the previous page. The app has to relaunch when opened again and all progress is lost. The zone and space number posted on all the meters could not be found in the app. Payment info can only be entered manually instead of filled from Google/Apple pay. Took me 20 mins to figure out a space close enough in the app and pay for it.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Flowbird. The app is unreliable and frequently crashes, making it nearly impossible to pay for parking when you need to. Customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving you stranded without any support. Overall, the lack of functionality and poor support make Flowbird a disappointing and frustrating choice. I would not recommend it to anyone.

This app is horrible. The sign I parked next to told me what zone to choose. I entered it and there was an error that kept popping up. I almost missed my train because it took about ten minutes to figure out that the location they have is not correct in the app. Not to mention, instead of my usual $0.50 I am now paying over $3.50 because the least amount of time I can enter is 4 hours. What a scam and complete waste of money since I won't need to park for that long.
