Ratings and reviews

The app is complete garbage. I ordered a small truck, and 5 drivers canceled the order during the process. The last one openly demanded an additional HK$150 on top of the app price in the in-app chat. I called customer support, and they said the driver has the right to do whatever he wants. The most useless waste of time in my life.

This app used to be really good. Twice this week, I scheduled a delivery in advance and the drivers went MIA on the day of collection and totally ignored any calls or messages. We can't even cancel the booking. There is also a hold on credit/debit which takes very long to be credited back to the account. Too many pending returns as I have to rebook the deliveries multiple times. Please improve driver matching and also advance bookings.

1st time using and it was a nightmare. This app is kind of like Grab where any driver can take the job or DROP U AT THE LAST MIN. Which was what happened to me btw. And there is no photo of the driver, you can't contact him once he cancels on you. And u don't have the option of cancelling the order once it is accepted too. So my boxes are all packed and I took an off day to move, but I have to constantly check the app to see if the driver is coming or did he just cancel on me last min. Stress...
